The warmth and kindness of the staff, particularly owner Dan Petrea and Veronica from reception, were truly remarkable. They went above and beyond by offering us additional nights free of charge and providing complimentary meals, ensuring our comfort during a difficult time. The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with not only a mini fridge and free toiletries but also sufficient heating that kept us cozy throughout our stay.
