They went above and beyond by offering us additional nights free of charge and providing complimentary meals, ensuring our comfort during a difficult time. The rooms were impeccably clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with not only a mini fridge and free toiletries but also sufficient heating that kept us cozy throughout our stay.
